One of our hallmark projects was conducted at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) in Maryland, where we supported the Army’s Enterprise Proactive Real Property Interactive Space Management System (ePRISMS). This project exemplifies our expertise in facility utilization, data management, and real property integration.

Project Scope and Execution

The challenge was clear: survey, manage, and update real property data for approximately 2 million square feet across 200 facilities, all while adhering to stringent Army Real Property Regulations and the ePRISMS Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) 3.2.2.

Key deliverables included:

• Facility Surveys: Conducted detailed assessments of building exteriors and interiors using advanced laser measurement tools. We verified and updated floor plans, structural details, partitions, and critical identifiers such as category codes and unit identification codes (UIC).

• CAD File Creation: Developed precise ePRISMS-compliant CAD files for both interior and exterior layouts, ensuring all facility data met regulatory standards.

• Photo Documentation: Captured high-resolution front and oblique photos of each surveyed building to complement real property records.

• Data Integration: Uploaded new CAD floor plans, space usage data, and manpower details into ePRISMS. Updated existing CADD polygons using the latest tools for accurate representation.

• Real Property Updates: Adjusted property records in GFEBS (General Fund Enterprise Business System), including pooled space, rental space, utilization rates, and survey dates.

• Compliance and Approvals: Processed DD1354 forms, managed category code conversions, and routed assignment letters for UIC changes through proper channels for approval.

 

Achievements and Impact

This project underscored our ability to handle complex, large-scale real property tasks with precision and efficiency. Here’s what we accomplished:

• Created 196 detailed CAD floor plans for facilities spanning 1.8 million square feet.

• Uploaded and integrated data for 108 facilities into ePRISMS.

• Produced comprehensive Facility Utilization Reports for 196 facilities.

• Updated real property usage data in GFEBS, improving data accuracy for 1.8 million GSF of facilities.

• Delivered enhanced insights for space utilization, manpower alignment, and future facility planning.
